This recipe is one of many delicious concoctions from the cookbook, The 30 Minute Vegan, which I recently acquired.

limeade recipe

1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
2-1/2 cups water or coconut water (I used half and half)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons agave nectar

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir, or process in a blender for a few seconds. Serve in chilled glasses.

  1. Okay this I definitely need to try. Very simple recipe and other than squeezing a bit on veggies or maybe blending a small bit, I wouldn't know what to do with limes. Great site by the way. Definitely bookmarking! :)
